The upper half of the land consists of terraced rice fields, while the lower half is a mature mixed plantation with a lot of coffee, bananas, and large tall fruit trees, including durian, manggis, and cacao. It is possible to build on the edge of the plantation, giving you views over your own rice fields on one side, and the lush plantation on the other side.
