A mixed use plantation in the Balian river valley, a kilometer northwest of the village of Sanda. The plantation is fairly close to the main road and is overlooking beautiful terraced rice fields, the river valley and the small village of Sanda in the distance.

The plantation is bordered by a traditional plantation road, very nice terraced rice fields and another plantation.

The plantation has many mature fruit trees, including mangosteen, coconut, durian and coffee. The plantation has easy car access via a traditional plantation road and the surrounding area is beautiful for walks through terraced rice fields and plantations.
