A large mixed-use plantation north-east of the village of Sanda, overlooking a river valley and Mount Batukaru and its forest. The plantation slopes gently down to the river below and has a lot of large trees as well as coffee, durian, banana, mangosteen, gloves, etc. Due to it's gentle slope a large area can potentially be developed. Access is via a traditional 2-track concrete plantation road. All around are productive mix-use plantation.
