A productive plantation with mostly coffee, mangosteen, durian and other fruit trees, with spectacular views over rice fields, plantations and the Balian river valley.
The plantation is located about 1 kilometer southwest of the village of Sanda, at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level on the lower slopes of Mount Batukaru. The land has direct car access via a traditional 2-track concrete plantation road and is bordered by other plantations and the Balian river.
The higher part of the land is perfect for a secluded home, with spectacular views over the river valley. The rest of the plantation slopes down fairly steep to the Balian River, and is very suitable to grow fruit trees, or of course the current coffee.
The PLN electricity network and piped water can be connected.
The land is next to our Sanda Plantation Hideaway, a very small eco-resort with a safari-style tent and traditional wooden house.
