A productive mixed plantation with coffee, durian, cloves, mangosteen, salak and other fruit.

The plantation is located about 2 kilometers east of the village of Sanda, at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level on the slope of Mount Batukaru. The land offers spectacular views over the south of Bali and on clear days Bali's peninsula, the ocean and Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue are visible. Also Mount Batukaru is visible from the right spot.

The land can be accessed by car via a traditional 2-track concrete plantation road and is bordered by other plantations, the quiet dead-end 2-track plantation road and a small natural river.

Electricity is nearby, but not yet extended to this land plot. This may happen in the future.
