A really one-of-a-kind spectacular piece of land on the slope of Mount Batukaru, with views over the lush green river valley and Mount Batukaru and its protected rain forest. Perfect for a secluded home, farm or small (eco-)resort or retreat. The land comes with sunrise views and slopes gently down to a crystal clear and clean mountain river, with nobody living further upstream. On the other side of the river is protected rain forest.

The land is at about 800 meters above sea-level and temperatures are very pleasant. No need for AC. The soil is extremely fertile and you can easily grow fruit trees as well as vegetables. It is currently a mixed plantation with coffee, avocado, bananas, durian and lots of other fruit trees, as well as some vanilla.

The land is about 3.5 km from the main road and accessible via a concrete plantation road.

The higher part of the land is fairly flat and easy to develop and offers great views all around, even sunset. The land then slopes down with terraces, all the way to the beautiful river below. No garbage whatsoever in the river!

The land has direct car access. PLN electricity is not yet connected, but this is expected to be possible in the near future.
