A mixed use plantation with coffee, durian, bananas and other fruit trees, about 3 kilometers northeast of the village of Sanda, on the slope of Mount Batukaru. The land is about 750 meters above sea level and enjoys a nice cool and fresh air climate. It offers great views over a river valley, other plantations and rice fields on the other side of the valley, as well as Mount Batukaru. The land lies along a traditional dead-end plantation road. The upper part of the land is fairly flat and easy to develop for a secluded home, a farm or small resort. The land then slopes down via several terraces to a small river, which forms the border of the lower land.
The land is very fertile and it is easy to grow all sorts of fruit trees as well as vegetables.
The land has direct car access and has access to spring water. The PLN electricity network is not yet connected, but this is expected to happen in the near future.
